Moroccan Lamb Spare Ribs

This is another one of my earlier posts that I would like to share with all that have joined recently. If you are looking for recipes and ideas for some easy home entertaining, try this recipe. These are fun to make and taste great. The exotic spices, flavoursome succulent lamb ribs are finger licking good. Enjoy!

Milanka's Fine Food

This is a simple and easy meat dish to make.  It can be served as a starter or a main dish with a salad or vegetables.

1 kg Lamb Spare Ribs
2-3 Tablespoons Moroccan Spice Mix

Moroccan Spice Mix
1 teaspoon ground Cumin
1 teaspoon ground Tumeric
1 teaspoon ground Ginger
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground Cardamon
1/2 teaspoon ground Coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground Allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground Cloves

Preparation:     15 minutes
Cooking Time:    40-50 minutes
Serves:      4-6 people (Approximately)

Preheat the oven at 200° for at least 15 minutes.

In a large bowl place the Lamb Spare Ribs, add the Moroccan Spice Mix, rub into the meat coating evenly.  Line a large tray with baking paper and then add the Lamb Ribs.  Ensure that the ribs are evenly spread…
