Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of catering for an engagement.  What I really enjoy about my work is the menu planning, budgeting, coordination, shopping, prepping and cooking for the event.  There is so much that is needed to be done before the event takes place.  Sharing a few images of the dishes I prepared and me hard at work.

    1. Amy, that is so true. I love to cook it brings me joy and happiness. It’s my NIRVANA….. When I cook at home I put on music and off I go. My zen zone….. When the weekend arrives I enjoy a good glass of wine whilst cooking. BLISS 🙂

      1. Yup. Know that feeling well when I’m with my camera. No music for me. Listening to the sounds of Mother is my music. And then I fall into Bliss, my Zen. ☺️
